The short version
We use information you submit to respond to you, schedule conversations and provide requested demos. Security logs protect the service. Google audience and advertising measurement loads only after you accept it, and declining does not limit the site.
1. Who handles the data
Yourcall operates this website and acts as controller for website enquiries and audience measurement. For a customer deployment, the legal entity, controller and processor roles applicable to that engagement are stated in the proposal, data-processing agreement and related contract.
Privacy contact: mathieu.istria@yourcall.ai.
2. Data, purpose and collection point
| When | Data | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Lead form | Work email, inferred company domain, source page | Respond to the request and prepare a relevant follow-up. |
| Discovery call | Details submitted to Calendly, chosen slot and scheduling events | Schedule, administer and follow up on the requested conversation. |
| Voice demo | Audio and technical session data you voluntarily send | Provide the real-time demo and diagnose failures. Do not share confidential, sensitive or personal information in the demo. |
| Site delivery and security | IP address, browser, device, request and error logs | Deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site. |
| Optional measurement | Page and campaign interactions, device and approximate location signals made available by Google | Understand acquisition and scheduled-call performance after consent. |
3. Legal bases
- Steps requested before a possible contract and legitimate interests in answering business enquiries.
- Legitimate interests in service security, fraud prevention and technical troubleshooting.
- Your consent for Google Analytics and advertising measurement. You can refuse or change this choice.
- Contract and documented customer instructions for data handled within a paid Yourcall deployment.
4. Service providers
Depending on what you use, information may be handled by hosting and security providers, FormSubmit for lead-form delivery, Calendly for scheduling, LiveKit and associated infrastructure for the voluntary voice demo, and Google for audience or advertising measurement after consent. External fonts, images or integration assets may also cause your browser to request a file from their host.
Provider, hosting, subprocessor and transfer details for a proposed production deployment are supplied through the current security and procurement pack. Integration availability or marketplace status should not be inferred from a logo on this site.
5. Retention and transfers
Information is retained only for the period needed for the purpose above, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. The period depends on whether the interaction remains an enquiry or becomes a customer relationship. You may request the applicable period for your record. Production conversation retention is defined in the customer agreement and deployment settings.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, Yourcall and its providers rely on recognised transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards applicable to the service in question.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority. Send requests to the contact above; we may need to verify identity before acting.
7. Measurement choice
Your choice is stored locally in your browser under yc_measurement_consent_v1. Choosing “continue without measurement” prevents Google measurement scripts from loading. Clearing browser storage resets the choice.
8. Changes
We may update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
